Interior repaints for established custom and semi-custom homes, including Dragon Ridge.
MacDonald Ranch's custom and semi-custom homes — including the guard-gated Dragon Ridge area — were largely built in the 1990s and 2000s with interior finish packages a step above tract construction: crown molding, coffered and vaulted ceilings, wainscoting, built-ins, and substantial door and trim runs. Repainting these interiors is as much finish carpentry care as it is wall paint, and it's exactly the detail work our trim and enamel process is built for.
These homes are also now twenty to thirty years old, which means the original custom color schemes — deep dining-room reds, sponged accent walls, glazed finishes — are dating fast. Converting a heavily colored custom interior to modern neutrals takes disciplined two-coat work and, on the deepest colors, a tinted primer first; we scope that honestly in the quote rather than discovering it mid-job.
With larger square footage and higher-end flooring and countertops underfoot, protection matters more here, not less. Full masking and drop-cloth coverage of stone, hardwood, and fixtures is standard before we sand a single patch.
